Key Responsibilities Develop individualized rehabilitation and reintegration plans for clients.
Provide counseling and support services to clients to address social, emotional, and practical needs.
Facilitate group therapy sessions and skill-building workshops.
Connect clients with community resources, such as employment services, housing assistance, and healthcare providers.
Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with family members and support networks to create a comprehensive support system.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
Conduct assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and support requirements.




Advocate for clients' needs within the community and relevant agencies.
Stay current with best practices and research in rehabilitation and social reintegration.
Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience working directly with vulnerable populations in rehabilitation or social reintegration programs.
Strong understanding of the psychosocial factors affecting individuals in recovery and reintegration processes.
Excellent counseling, active listening, and empathy skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective case management plans.
Experience in facilitating group dynamics and therapeutic interventions.
Familiarity with local resources and support services in Acapulco, Guerrero .
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
