Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on the efficacy and application of various educational technologies in early childhood settings.

Synthesize research findings into comprehensive reports, white papers, and presentations.

Requirements

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Child Development, or a related field with a strong research focus.

Proven experience in research, preferably in the field of educational technology or early childhood education.

Strong understanding of learning theories and pedagogical frameworks for young children.

Expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and scientific writing.

Familiarity with a wide range of educational technologies and digital learning platforms.

Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in a remote environment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects concurrently.

Experience in publishing research or presenting at academic conferences is highly desirable.
