About the Role
Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is searching for an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to lead their flagship store in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco . This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for interior design and home decor, and a proven ability to drive profitability. You will be instrumental in creating an exceptional shopping environment and fostering a culture of excellence among your staff. This position requires a dedicated individual who is hands-on and committed to the success of the store in the vibrant community of Tlaquepaque .

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve performance goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.

Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention.

Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving escalated customer issues effectively.

Manage store budgets, including payroll, operating expenses, and sales targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.





Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory and visual merchandising.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Passion for home decor and interior design.

Must be able to commute to Tlaquepaque, Jalisco daily.
