About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in precision components, is seeking a vigilant and experienced Supervisor de Turno (Manufactura de Precisión) for their facility in Chihuahua, Chihuahua . This role is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production floor during a specific shift. The idóneo candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in managing production teams, maintaining high quality standards, and optimizing operational performance. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a hands‑on role that requires excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to motivate a team to achieve production goals in the competitive manufacturing hub of Chihuahua, Chihuahua .

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and direct the activities of production staff during an assigned shift.

Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met consistently.

Monitor production processes and equipment, identifying and resolving any operational issues.

Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Train and develop production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Manage work assignments and schedules for the shift personnel.

Conduct regular inspections of the work area to ensure cleanliness and order.

Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless production flow.





Report on shift performance, including production output, quality metrics, and any incidents.

Troubleshoot production problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Proven experience in overseeing production operations and managing teams.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in precision component production.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a production setting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Flexibility to work various shifts as required.

Experience working in Chihuahua, Chihuahua manufacturing sector is preferred.
