We are seeking a hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineer to strengthen our Kubernetes platform operations and CI/CD ecosystem. The engineer will actively contribute to scaling cloud-native infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, enforcing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards, and enhancing operational resilience. This is a production-facing role requiring strong troubleshooting capability, an ownership mindset, and practical experience operating mission-critical workloads in AWS.ResponsibilitiesOperate, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters supporting production workloadsImprove cluster scalability, reliability, and performanceImplement best practices for resource management, autoscaling, and workload isolationEnhance observability, including metrics, logging, and tracing, to improve operational visibilitySupport multi-team onboarding and platform enablementDesign, refactor, and scale GitHub Actions pipelinesImplement reusable workflows and enforce standards across repositoriesReduce deployment risk through automation, validation, and testing improvementsMaintain and strengthen Terraform-based infrastructure, including state management and modularitySupport environment provisioning and lifecycle managementManage and optimize AWS services, including networking, IAM, compute, and storageParticipate in incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis,
