The Cost Management Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of cost management and control activities. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial information, driving cost-saving initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial costs, inventories, and fixed assets to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.

Review and validate cost variances against budgets, projections, and inventory records.

Investigate and explain discrepancies in costs, inventory, and asset depreciation.

Coordinate CAPEX control and monitoring activities.

Prepare reports and analyses for management decision-making.

Maintain inventory valuation accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting.

Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.





Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to cost management and financial controls.

Required Qualifications

University degree required.

Experience in:

Cost Management

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Cost Analysis and Budget Control

Inventory Management and Valuation

Technical Skills

Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

SAP (Intermediate)

Power BI (Intermediate)
