About the Role
Our client, a multinational manufacturing company with a significant operational base in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua , is seeking an accomplished Analista Financiero Senior specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;). This pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, accurate forecasting, and robust budgeting. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.

Analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key variances and drivers.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.

Assist in the development of the annual operating budget and periodic re-forecasts.

Provide financial support and analysis for strategic initiatives, new product introductions, and capital investment decisions.

Monitor key financial and operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support business needs.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.





Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure proper financial reporting.

Present financial findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.

Stay current with accounting principles and financial regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

A Master's degree or CPA/CMA certification is a strong asset.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), corporate finance, or a related role.

Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, macros).

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information effectively.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.

Must be able to work effectively within the Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua area.
