About the Role
Recruit technicians and other skilled professionals for cooling, mechanical systems and critical infrastructure roles. Combine full-cycle recruiting with active sourcing of passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Run full-cycle recruiting for HVAC, chiller and facilities technician roles.
Identify passive candidates through targeted research and Boolean search.
Build candidate pipelines for mechanical and critical infrastructure positions.
Coordinate screening, interviews and candidate follow-up.
Maintain accurate recruiting records and progress updates.
Qualifications
Full-cycle recruiting experience with HVAC, chiller, facilities or closely related technician roles.
Demonstrated ability to find and engage passive candidates.
Practical headhunting and Boolean search skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience using an applicant tracking system.
Familiarity with data center or critical infrastructure recruiting.
