Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Define and implement software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product roadmaps and features.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.





Drive innovation in software development technologies and methodologies.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.

Proved experience in leading software development teams and delivering complex projects.

Strong knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, and software architecture patterns.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
