Eaton’s Protection, Control, & Solutions Group (PCS) seeks a LATAM R&D; Manager to lead regional R&D; and Engineering across Latin America, driving localization, cost reduction, and manufacturing innovation.
Reporting to the LATAM Operations Director, you will oversee Engineering and Manufacturing teams in MX, CAC, Chile and Brazil, standardize processes, and push capital projects. 50% travel required.
