Bluelight is looking for a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, product, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem.
You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, shaping scoping and estimates for new projects and ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory considerations.
