Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the execution of the overall external communication and media relations strategy.
Serve as a primary spokesperson and manage relationships with national and international media.
Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Oversee the creation and dissemination of all press materials and external content.
Monitor media trends and public perception, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
Manage and mentor a team of communication professionals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of communication with business objectives.
Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.




Develop and manage the communication department budget.
Requirements Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, or public relations, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies at a high level.
Proven expertise in crisis communication and media management.
Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; strong English proficiency is essential.
In-depth knowledge of the Mexican media landscape and public relations best practices.
Experience working within or with large corporations in industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with regular attendance at our Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico office.
