Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced EUC L2 Engineer to provide Level 2 technical support for end-user computing environments. The adecuado candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with Windows systems, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, hardware, software, and application issues.

Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.

Work with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.

Troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, and connectivity issues.

Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Handle escalations, device imaging,



software deployment, and patch management.

Maintain documentation and ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in EUC, desktop support, or IT support.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.

Hands‑on experience with Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Ability to provide onsite technical support independently.
