Roof Technologies is a growing U.S.-based roofing and general contracting company expanding its corporate operations into Monterrey, Mexico.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and support roofing and exterior construction projects throughout the United States.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction estimating who wants to develop specialized expertise in the U.S. roofing and insurance restoration industry.

Previous roofing insurance supplementing or Xactimate experience is not required. We will provide specialized training.

What You'll Do

Review construction estimates, scopes of work, and project documentation.

Analyze roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior construction requirements.

Identify missing materials, labor, and construction-related costs.

Prepare detailed construction estimates and supplemental documentation.

Review insurance estimates for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with U.S.-based project managers and operations personnel.

Maintain accurate estimating records and supporting documentation.

Learn and apply Roof Technologies' roofing supplementing procedures.

Support efficient project completion and accurate cost recovery.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional construction estimating experience.

Experience calculating material quantities, labor costs, and project expenses.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.





Experience with construction estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

English proficiency sufficient for reviewing U.S. construction documentation and communicating with our operations team.

Currently residing in or near Monterrey, Reciente León.

Willingness to transition to full-time, on-site employment when our Monterrey corporate office opens.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience estimating/supplementing roofing or exterior construction projects.

Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating platforms.

Experience with U.S. construction projects.

Knowledge of property insurance estimates or restoration projects.

Experience working with U.S.-based companies.

Work Location
This position will initially operate remotely while Roof Technologies establishes its corporate office in Monterrey.

Once the office is operational, the position will transition to full-time, on-site employment.
