LawnStarter is seeking its first Principal Quality Engineer to own the quality standards, CI/CD gates, and AI tooling that underpin our fast-growing engineering org. You’ll report to the Head of Engineering and shape the QA vision beyond day-to-day ticket work, partnering with the QA squad to raise the bar as the company scales.
You’ll not just manage quality; you’ll mentor across squads, evolve the tooling, and push innovative approaches like AI-native testing.
