About the Role Our client, a rapidly expanding enterprise, is seeking a strategic and experienced Director de Planeación Financiera y Análisis (FP&A;) to lead its financial planning and performance management functions. This key leadership position, to be held remotely, will be responsible for guiding the company's financial strategy, budgeting processes, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis to support critical business decisions. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven history of driving financial performance and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and long-term strategic financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and valuation.
Drive in-depth financial analysis of business performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for the executive leadership team and board of directors.
Provide financial guidance and strategic insights to support business unit leaders in achieving their goals.
Oversee the implementation and refinement of financial planning systems and tools.
Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A; team.




Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial forecasts and reports.
Continuously improve FP&A; processes to enhance efficiency and analytical capabilities.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
A Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), corporate finance, or a related strategic finance role.
Significant experience in leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts.
Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis and performance management.
Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC) and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
