The role will investigate root causes of failures and defects, develop process controls and monitor critical process parameters to improve yields, throughput and reduce costs in milling, tape casting, thick film printing, lamination and cutting. Bachelor's of Science in Engineering is required; Master’s degree preferred; at least three years in general manufacturing; proficient
