Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies for sustainable manufacturing, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible resource management.
Manage budgets, P&L;, and operational costs to achieve financial objectives.
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure adherence to all quality control standards, production schedules, and safety regulations.
Implement and maintain environmental management systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all plant operations.
Collaborate with R&D;, supply chain, and sales departments to align plant operations with company goals.




Represent the plant in external relations with regulatory bodies and community stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and sustainability among all employees.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Environmental), Business Administration, or a related field.
An MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management or operations management, with a significant focus on manufacturing.
Demonstrated experience and commitment to sustainable manufacturing practices and environmental management.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a workforce.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001).
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the manufacturing sector within Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas or the surrounding region is advantageous.
