About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated Coordinador de Desarrollo Infantil Temprano to oversee their early childhood programs in Torreón, Coahuila, MX . This role is essential for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our educational services for young children. The Coordinator will be responsible for implementing the curriculum, guiding educators, and fostering a nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of each child. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for child development. This position requires active participation and presence within our facilities in Torreón.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and support early childhood educators in implementing daily activities and curriculum.
Monitor children's progress and development, ensuring individual needs are met.
Assist in the development and refinement of educational programs and resources.
Conduct regular observations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Ensure a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and program activities.
Maintain program records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Collaborate with center management to achieve program goals.
Requirements Degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Demonstrated knowledge of child development theories and best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in curriculum implementation and staff training.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Fluency in Spanish.
