About the Role
Our client, a forward-thinking educational institution, is seeking an experienced Director de Programas Educativos Virtuales for their fully remote team. This role is critical for shaping the future of early childhood education through innovative digital platforms, serving families across Querétaro City, Querétaro, MX and beyond. The Director will be responsible for the strategic vision, development, and execution of all online early learning programs, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with the highest pedagogical standards. The idóneo candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership, a deep understanding of early childhood development, and extensive experience in managing and scaling virtual educational initiatives. This is a leadership position with significant impact, requiring a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence in remote education.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic vision for all virtual early childhood education programs.

Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of online curriculum and learning experiences.

Lead and mentor a diverse team of educators, curriculum developers, and support staff in a remote setting.

Manage program budgets, resources, and operational efficiency for virtual programs.

Ensure the quality and effectiveness of virtual learning delivery through data analysis and pedagogical oversight.

Foster innovation in digital pedagogy and educational technology adoption.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, partners,



and regulatory bodies.

Ensure compliance with all educational standards and best practices for online early learning.

Drive growth and expansion of virtual program offerings.

Requirements

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in education, with at least 4 years specifically in managing or developing online/virtual educational programs.

Demonstrated success in curriculum development and pedagogical innovation for early childhood.

Expertise in child development theories and digital learning strategies.

Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing program budgets.

Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.

Fluency in Spanish; strong English proficiency is highly desirable.
