About the Role
Our client, a general leader in aerospace manufacturing and innovation, is seeking an experienced Systems Test Engineer to join their engineering division in Naucalpan, State of Mexico . This pivotal role involves the planning, execution, and analysis of tests for complex aeronautical systems and components. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans, designing test procedures, and utilizing specialized equipment to ensure that systems meet stringent performance, safety, and reliability requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of aerospace system integration and validation processes. You will work closely with design engineers, quality assurance teams, and program managers to identify and resolve any issues found during testing, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality aerospace products. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing aviation technology.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures for aeronautical systems, including hardware and software components.

Design and build test rigs and fixtures for component and system-level testing.

Operate and maintain specialized test equipment and instrumentation.

Analyze test data, identify performance deviations, and document test results comprehensively.

Collaborate with design and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.

Ensure all testing activities comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100) and customer specifications.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methodologies and processes.





Prepare technical reports and present findings to engineering and management teams.

Participate in safety reviews and ensure adherence to safety protocols during testing operations.

Maintain accurate records of test activities, equipment calibration, and results.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems testing, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry.

Proven ability to develop and execute complex test plans and procedures.

Experience with data acquisition systems and test automation software.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems integration.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.

Fluent in Spanish, with a good command of English.
