About the Role Our client, a leading provider of professional development programs in Monterrey, Nuevo León , is seeking a creative and experienced Diseñador Instruccional de Cursos Online . This role is central to crafting high-quality, engaging, and effective online learning experiences for professionals seeking to enhance their skills. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from conceptualization and learning objective definition to content development, multimedia integration, and assessment creation. The adecuado candidate has a strong understanding of adult learning principles, proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, and a passion for creating impactful educational content. This position is based in our office and requires on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging online courses aligned with learning objectives and industry standards.
Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
Create multimedia content, including videos, interactive simulations, graphics, and audio.
Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning outcomes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and structure course content.
Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build courses.
Ensure courses are accessible, user-friendly, and provide a positive learning experience.
Manage course development projects from start to finish, adhering to timelines and budgets.




Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and online learning.
Evaluate course effectiveness through learner feedback and performance data.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, with a portfolio showcasing successful online course development.
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate).
Strong understanding of adult learning theories and pedagogical approaches.
Experience in multimedia development (video editing, graphic design basics).
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
