About the Role
Our client, a leader in educational innovation, seeks a highly skilled Especialista en Diseño Curricular a Distancia to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Monterrey, Actual León, MX or even internationally, provided you can effectively collaborate with our distributed workforce. You will be instrumental in developing engaging and effective online learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of our diverse student population. This role requires a deep understanding of pedagogical principles, instructional design methodologies, and the effective use of educational technologies. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement innovative online courses and learning materials across various disciplines.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into accessible and engaging e-learning modules.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate instructional technologies and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.

Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted curriculum solutions.

Facilitate instructor training on best practices for online teaching and curriculum delivery.

Ensure all curriculum adheres to established quality standards and accreditation requirements.

Continuously research and stay updated on emerging trends in online education and instructional design.

Provide feedback and support to instructors to ensure effective course implementation.

Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines.





Contribute to the continuous improvement of our online learning platform and pedagogical approaches.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing online courses, preferably for higher education or professional development.

Proven expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.

Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

Strong understanding of multimedia development principles for online learning.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in project management for curriculum development projects is a plus.
