SocialTale is a TikTok Shop specialist agency and official TikTok Shop Agency Partner. We work with DTC brands across the US, UK and EU to grow affiliate-driven GMV through creator recruitment, campaign execution and hands‑on shop ops.

Role summary
We are hiring an Affiliate Manager to sit inside a delivery pod and run the creator engine for US TikTok Shop brands. You will find the right creators, build the relationships, keep them posting, and own the affiliate numbers that feed client and pod reporting. This seat needs someone who can work US business hours from Mexico, Brazil or Argentina.

What you will own

Identify, outreach and onboard creators who fit brand categories and campaign goals (TikTok, Cruva, FastMoss and referrals)

Build and manage active creator relationships: briefing, negotiation, retention and re‑warming between launches

Coordinate creator activity around product launches, flash sales and promo windows

Manage sample approvals against brand thresholds and follow through sample‑to‑post

Track affiliate GMV, activation, video output and conversion; flag what works and cut what does not





Keep creator lists, CRM and tiers accurate; feed a clear weekly affiliate read into pod and client updates

Work with the strategist on briefs, positioning and content direction

Speak with clients on Slack, email and calls when affiliate performance needs explaining

Requirements

At least 1 year hands‑on TikTok Shop experience (affiliate, creator management or shop management)

Fluent English, written and spoken

Confident speaking with clients and creators on calls, not only async

Highly organised; able to run many creator relationships and campaigns at once

Comfortable with performance data and spreadsheets

Strong grasp of TikTok and the creator landscape

Based in Mexico, Brazil or Argentina and able to cover US business hours (Eastern preferred)

Nice to have

Agency experience

Experience with retainer creators, Spark codes and flash‑sale alignment

Familiarity with Cruva, FastMoss or similar creator research tools
