Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims management.
Lead, manage, and mentor operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Implement and manage technology solutions to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively.




Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Underwriting, Finance) to ensure integrated operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.
Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance operations management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing policy administration, claims processing, and customer service functions.
Strong understanding of insurance principles, products, and regulatory frameworks in Mexico.
Demonstrated success in process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost management.
Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in insurance management systems (core systems) and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cancún, Quintana Roo .
