Key Responsibilities

Market and sell properties in new residential and commercial developments.

Build strong relationships with potential buyers and developers.

Provide expert advice on property features, pricing, and market trends.

Conduct property tours and present project information effectively.

Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate the closing process.

Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market, particularly new construction.





Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned developments.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Manage client databases and follow up on leads diligently.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

Valid real estate license and proven experience in real estate sales.

Specialized experience or strong interest in selling new developments.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MX .

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and developers.

Proficiency with CRM software and real estate sales tools.

A results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to sales.

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant degree or certifications are a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
