About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing analytics firm, is seeking a strategic and analytical Gerente de Inteligencia de Negocios to lead their business intelligence efforts. This role, based in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí , will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive critical business decisions. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and strategy development, with proven experience in leading BI projects and teams. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions.

Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets.

Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key business metrics.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to inform business strategy.

Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Lead and mentor a team of business intelligence analysts.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Stay updated on the latest BI technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics,



Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management role.

Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.

Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience leading teams and managing projects.

Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.

Familiarity with the business landscape of San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí is an advantage.
