Responsible for developing and executing commercial plans aligned with business objectives through market analysis, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and performance monitoring. Provides data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities & Objectives

- Develop and refine demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and input from Sales and Marketing teams.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by aligning demand forecasts with supply chain capabilities and constraints.
- Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels; challenge commercial forecasts and validate trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes, tools, and systems.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and demand patterns to support business decisions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Planning, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Advanced English.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.




- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
- Ability to develop reports, data visualizations, and business presentations.
