E-commerce Project Manager | Remote | Hoski

Own the client relationship. Lead the team. Get the work delivered.

Hoski is hiring an experienced E-commerce Project Manager who can lead client conversations, coordinate specialists, and take responsibility for keeping accounts moving.

You’re comfortable having difficult conversations, setting expectations, and holding people accountable. When something slips, you take ownership, communicate early, and bring a plan.

What you’ll own

- Lead client calls, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
- Turn client goals into clear priorities, briefs, deadlines, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate media buyers, Klaviyo email marketers, designers, video editors, and web/Shopify teams.
- Keep campaigns, email launches, creative production, and website updates on schedule.
- Catch missing assets, unclear instructions, and delivery risks before they become client problems.
- Review deliverables before they reach the client and follow through until the work is complete.

What you need

- Direct experience managing e-commerce projects, accounts, or operations. This is required.
- Experience coordinating marketing specialists across multiple disciplines.
- Strong spoken and written English.



You must be comfortable leading client calls and handling pushback.
- An understanding of how paid media, email, creative, and website conversion contribute to e-commerce growth.
- The ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize competing requests, and keep everyone clear on what happens next.
- Availability to work with a team operating on Eastern Time.

We’ll ask for specific examples: the brands you worked with, the teams you coordinated, what you personally owned, and what happened as a result.

We appreciate the discipline, consistency, and coachability that training can develop. It’s optional; proven e-commerce experience is essential.
