Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled and unannounced mystery shopping visits across automotive dealerships and service centers throughout Latin America.
- Evaluate the complete customer journey, including initial contact, vehicle inquiries, sales consultations, test drives, aftersales services, and follow-up activities.
- Assess compliance with brand standards, customer service protocols, operational procedures, and dealership experience guidelines.
- Identify service gaps, operational inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement across the dealer network.
- Monitor recurring issues and identify trends across different countries, dealerships, and business areas.
- Coordinate with local and regional teams to communicate findings and follow up on improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and objectivity throughout all evaluation activities.
- Travel extensively across Latin America to conduct field assessments.

Qualifications & Experience
- Fresh graduate Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Maximum 2 years of experience in Mystery Shopping, Quality Assurance,



Customer Experience, Retail Audits, or Automotive Operations.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably within dealership networks, sales operations, or aftersales.
- Strong understanding of customer experience standards and service quality evaluation methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Willingness and availability to travel extensively throughout Latin America.
