As a Quality Manager will play a critical role in improving the organization's capability to solve complex technical, operational, quality, delivery, and customer-related issues. This position will serve as a catalyst for operational excellence by facilitating cross-functional root cause investigations, coaching teams in disciplined problem-solving methodologies, and driving sustainable corrective actions. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our San Nicolás de los Garza and Guadalupe, NL plants.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, continuous improvement, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience leading or facilitating problem-solving activities within manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process improvement.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate investigations of high-impact operational, quality, customer, cost, and delivery issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, validating, and eliminating root causes.
- Ensure effective implementation and verification of permanent corrective actions.
- Support major customer escalations and critical quality investigations.
- Maintain visibility of key problem-solving initiatives and drive accountability for results.
- Coach engineers, supervisors, managers,



and technical personnel in effective problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions focused on root cause analysis and operational excellence.
- Monitor corrective action implementation and evaluate long-term effectiveness.
- Identify common systemic issues across the organization and drive preventive improvements.
- Support broader Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

- Advanced English level.
- Automotive industry experience.
- Exposure to customer complaint management and 8D processes.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma training.
- Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
- 8D Problem Solving, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Is/Is Not Analysis, FMEA Linkage, Process and Data Analysis.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
- Project leadership and coordination.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
