I am seeking a highly experienced Waterflooding Specialist with 10+ years of direct, hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and optimization of water injection projects aimed at increasing oil production and recovery factors.
Required expertise specifically in WATERFLOODING:
Waterflood project design, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
Reservoir characterization, geology, petrophysics, and simulation applied to waterflooding.
Injection pattern design, injector-producer connectivity, and pressure maintenance.
Injectivity analysis, sweep efficiency, water breakthrough, and reservoir surveillance.
- Production performance analysis and recovery factor improvement through water injection.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT
Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully implemented waterflooding projects with measurable increases in oil production and/or ultimate recovery.
General reservoir engineering experience without demonstrated waterflooding results will not be sufficient.
