About the Role

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in precision components, is seeking a vigilant and experienced Supervisor de Turno (Manufactura de Precisión) for their facility in Chihuahua, Chihuahua . This role is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production floor during a specific shift. The adecuado candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in managing production teams, maintaining high quality standards, and optimizing operational performance. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and direct the activities of production staff during an assigned shift.
- Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met consistently.

Requirements
