About the Role

Our client, a prestigious hotel group, is seeking a meticulous Inspector de Limpieza y Calidad de Hoteles to ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across their properties in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco . This role is vital for upholding the hotel's reputation for luxury and comfort. The adecuado candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of hospitality cleaning protocols, and the ability to conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular and systematic inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to assess cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of housekeeping procedures and identify areas for staff training and development.
- Ensure all areas of the hotel comply with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, highlighting deficiencies and recommending corrective actions.
- Follow up on reported issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.




- Collaborate with the housekeeping manager and other department heads to maintain high operational standards.
- Maintain an inventory of inspection tools and supplies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to cleaning staff and supervisors to foster continuous improvement.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping supervision, quality assurance, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and write clear, concise reports.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
