About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Especialista en Limpieza Hospitalaria de Alto Nivel to join their esteemed team in Torreón, Coahuila . This pivotal role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation within a state-of-the-art healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive cleaning and sanitation programs for all areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, operating theaters, emergency departments, laboratories, and common areas.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies and procedures, including proper handling and disposal of biohazardous waste.
- Manage and train a team of cleaning staff, providing ongoing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and instruments according to established protocols.




- Respond promptly to any spills or biohazard incidents, following emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, doctors, and facility management to address specific cleaning needs and concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in healthcare sanitation and hygiene.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hospital or healthcare facility cleaning, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or specialist role.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and sanitation equipment.
- Familiarity with infection control standards and biohazard waste management.
- Excellent understanding of OSHA and other relevant health and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in specialized cleaning or infection control is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderately heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish.
