About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Especialista en Limpieza y Saneamiento de Espacios Públicos to ensure the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of public areas within Acapulco, Guerrero . This role is crucial for maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment for residents and tourists alike. The idóneo candidate will have experience in large-scale cleaning operations, knowledge of sanitation protocols for public spaces, and the ability to manage cleaning crews effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of parks, beaches, plazas, and other common areas, ensuring they meet high standards of hygiene. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement cleaning and sanitation schedules for various public spaces.

- Monitor the cleanliness and condition of public facilities, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
- Implement procedures for waste management and recycling in public areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly concerning public hygiene.




- Respond to specific cleaning needs or incidents in public spaces as they arise.
- Train cleaning staff on best practices and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Promote environmental awareness and responsible use of public spaces among staff and the public.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning operations, preferably in public spaces, event management, or facility services.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols for outdoor and public environments.
- Experience in supervising cleaning crews.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to public spaces.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderately heavy items.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to community well-being.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of waste management and recycling principles.
