We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Accounting Manager to lead the finance and accounting operations for a U.S.-based company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the accounting team.
• Manage the complete monthly financial close process.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Manage job costing, Work in Progress (WIP), and billing processes.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
• Improve accounting procedures and operational efficiency.
• Communicate financial results directly to U.S. leadership.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager, including team leadership.
• Advanced English (fluent, written and spoken) – Required.




• Experience managing full monthly accounting close processes.
• Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Foundation Software or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Valid passport and availability to travel to California quarterly and attend annual U.S. training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
