Our client is seeking a compassionate and attentive Especialista en Atención y Bienestar Infantil to join their dedicated team at a leading childcare facility in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, MX . This role focuses on ensuring the overall health, safety, and emotional well-being of young children in the care center. You will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures that promote a secure and nurturing environment, responding to the immediate needs of children, and serving as a key liaison between staff, parents, and external health professionals when necessary. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in early childhood development, child psychology, or nursing, with a genuine passion for supporting children's holistic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and implement daily routines that ensure the safety, health, and emotional well-being of all children.
- Monitor children for any signs of illness or distress and respond appropriately, administering basic first aid when needed.
- Maintain accurate health and safety records, including accident reports and daily logs.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's social, emotional, and physical development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences, well-being, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with educators and other staff members to create a consistent and supportive care environment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas, adhering to hygiene standards.




- Assist in managing challenging behaviors by employing positive guidance techniques.
- Liaise with external health providers or social services when necessary, following established protocols.
- Participate in staff training and professional development sessions related to child care and well-being.

Requirements

- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Solid understanding of child development, health, safety regulations, and first aid practices.
- Proven ability to create a warm, nurturing, and secure environment for children.
- Excellent observational skills and the ability to identify potential health or developmental concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency or stressful situations.
- Knowledge of positive behavior management strategies.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- First Aid and CPR certification is required.
