About the Role

Our client, a leader in its industry, is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Director de Estrategia y Crecimiento Empresarial to drive its long-term vision and expansion plans from Querétaro City, Querétaro . This senior leadership role is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and overseeing their execution to ensure sustained competitive advantage and market leadership. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and refine the company's overall corporate strategy and long-term vision.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, potential acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across various business units.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend forecasting.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, management consulting, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful corporate strategies and growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and business modeling.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in driving change management and fostering innovation.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the business environment in the Querétaro region is a plus.
