DescripciónThe EHS Manager will lead all Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives for a manufacturing site, ensuring regulatory compliance, employee safety, occupational health, and environmental stewardship.

This role will drive a strong safety environment, oversee medical and industrial hygiene programs, and support the site's continuous improvement strategy.- Lead all EHS programs, policies, and compliance activities.- Drive a zero-incident safety environment through risk assessments, training, and prevention initiatives.- Manage occupational health, medical surveillance, ergonomics, and employee wellness programs.- Oversee industrial hygiene and workplace exposure controls.- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and reporting requirements.- Lead hazardous materials, chemical safety, and waste management programs.- Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.- Manage emergency preparedness,



crisis response, and business continuity plans.- Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Leadership teams to drive EHS performance.- Develop, coach, and lead the site's EHS organization.

Perfil buscadoA successful EHS Manager should have:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.- 8+ years of EHS experience within manufacturing environments.- Proven experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, personal care, household products, or similar FMCG industries.- Strong background in industrial safety, occupational health, environmental compliance, and chemical management.- Advanced English proficiency.- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
