About the Role

Our client seeks a dedicated and experienced Especialista en Limpieza y Mantenimiento para el Hogar to join their dynamic, remote-first team. This role is critical in ensuring the high standards of cleanliness and organization across all client properties, managed from the comfort of your own home office. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage their time effectively and maintain exceptional service quality without direct supervision. The idóneo candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the company's reputation for excellence in sanitation and upkeep. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing company while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of a remote position, serving clients primarily in the San Luis Potosí region, but with the operational base being entirely virtual.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning and sanitation plans for residential properties. Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and waste disposal. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all cleaning standards are met and identify areas needing attention. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replacements as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and the management team regarding service status and any issues encountered. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with established protocols. Adapt cleaning strategies based on specific client needs and property types.



Adhere strictly to remote work policies and ensure consistent productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience in professional cleaning and sanitation, preferably in residential settings. Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment, and their proper usage. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently. High attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cleaning-related issues proactively. Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies is a plus. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. A background check may be required. Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.
