Treasury, Accounts Payable & Accounting Operations || Accounting SR.

Key Responsibilities – USA & Mexico Operations

1. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

- Review, validate, and oversee the processing of supplier invoices, including raw materials, freight, customs, fixed assets, and operating expenses.

2. Treasury & Cash Management

- Coordinate monthly cash flow projections, liquidity planning, and funding requirements to support business operations.
- Prepare and monitor supplier payment forecasts, budgets, and annual Business Plan (BP) projections.

3. Financial Planning & Labor Cost Analysis

- Prepare and maintain labor cost, labor rate, and headcount forecasts in alignment with operational requirements and financial targets.
- Analyze presente versus budgeted labor rates, headcount, overtime, and payroll-related expenses, identifying significant variances and cost drivers.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations to monitor workforce planning, staffing

4. USA Accounting Operations & Month-End Closing

- Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, including scrap receivables, prepaid expenses, and other assigned accounts.
- Prepare, review, and post monthly accruals and reversing journal entries related to uninvoiced receipts, scrap sales, and other operating transactions.

5. Fixed Assets & Inventory Control

- Review fixed asset acquisitions, low-value assets (LVAs), and capitalization documentation to ensure accurate accounting treatment.

6. Scrap Sales, Billing & Accounts Receivable

- Review scrap sales transactions,



prepare related invoices, and ensure accurate accruals, accounting entries, and receivable reconciliations.

7. Logistics, Freight & Cross-Functional Support

- Review and validate freight and customs invoices, including weekly PNA Logistics freight charges.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Materials Control to resolve invoice, receiving, and payment discrepancies.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Additional training in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Treasury Management, or Cost Accounting is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury, or related financial functions.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Strong experience in month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience managing supplier payments, cash flow forecasts, banking transactions, and financial controls.
- Experience in labor cost analysis, labor rate forecasting, headcount planning, and budget variance analysis.
- Working knowledge of inventory accounting, fixed assets, freight costs, and procurement‑related accounting processes.
- Experience supporting financial operations across USA and Mexico entities is highly desirable.
- Previous experience supervising accounting personnel or coordinating cross‑functional activities is preferred.
