Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, visual displays, and general tidiness.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Participate in inventory management activities,



including stock counts and receiving merchandise.
- Contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to return.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- A genuine passion for fashion and retail, with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations in Toluca .
- Basic mathematical skills for transaction processing and cash handling.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Reside in or be able to commute to Toluca, State of Mexico .
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service excellence.
