Job Description: Escolaridad: TSU en Mecánica, mecatrónica, diseño mecánico o industrial. Conocimiento, habilidades y experiencia: Dominio avanzado de Solidwork o Siemens NX para modelado 3D, ensamble, planos de fabricación y manejo de configuraciones. Experiencia en diseño mecánico de fixture, herramentales, estaciones de trabajo y dispositivos de ensamble, considerando ergonomía, manufacturabilidad y seguridad. Conocimiento solido de GD&T;( Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), acotaciones funcionales, tolerancias dimensiones y cadenas de tolerancia para garantizar repetibilidad y precisión. Capacidad para generar dibujos de fabricación completos , inlcuyendo cotas, tolerancias, listas de materiales (BOM), especificaciones técnicas y documentaciones de ingenieria. Conocimiento de materiales de ingeniería y procesos de manufactura tales como aluminio, acero, plásticos de ingeniería, maquinados CNC, soldadura, tratamientos superficiales e impresión 3D. Capacidad de trabajar de forma colaborativa con ingenieros AME, NPI, Calidad y Manufactura, transformando requerimientos de proceso en soluciones mecánicas robustas y costo-efectivas. Experiencia en seguimiento de fabricación, pruebas y validación de herramentales.
