Flex is seeking a Software Automation Engineer in Guadalajara, South, to design, develop, and implement software solutions that connect manufacturing equipment to enterprise systems, enabling real-time data visibility and process automation.

You will build APIs, dashboards, and ETL pipelines, work with OPC UA, MQTT, and SQL databases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance Flex’s digital manufacturing initiative.
