About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement in production lines, supply chain, and quality control systems.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Implement new manufacturing technologies and methodologies, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with production teams, engineers, quality control, and supply chain personnel.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.




- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and drive collaborative problem-solving.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ERP/MES systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for manufacturing projects.
- Fluency in Spanish required; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
