About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze energy usage data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of inefficiency.
- Develop and implement energy-saving strategies and initiatives to reduce consumption and costs.
- Conduct energy audits and assessments of facilities to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and projected savings.
- Collaborate with engineering, facilities management, and operational teams to implement optimization projects.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in energy efficiency and management.
- Monitor the performance of implemented energy-saving measures and make adjustments as necessary.




- Develop and maintain databases for tracking energy performance metrics and project outcomes.
- Advise on the integration of renewable energy sources and smart grid technologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy), Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in energy management, energy efficiency consulting, or a similar role within the energía sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation, using tools like Excel, Python, or specialized energy software.
- Knowledge of energy codes, standards, and best practices for building and industrial facilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results independently.
- Experience with building energy management systems (BEMS) or industrial control systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
