Bluelight, a leading software consultancy, seeks a Business Analyst to translate complex business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers—conduct discovery, map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure delivered solutions solve real problems.
You’ll work across various client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, playing a key role in scoping and estimating new projects.
