Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM standards.
- Create, manage, and maintain detailed architectural models using BIM software.
- Facilitate model coordination meetings with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
- Identify and resolve clashes and interferences between different building systems.
- Extract design information, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
- Ensure the accuracy,



consistency, and quality of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Train and support project team members on BIM software and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in BIM technology and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define BIM project requirements.
- Assist in the development of 3D visualizations and renderings for project presentations.
- Manage the integration of models from various disciplines into a central federated model.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards within the organization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination and architectural modeling.
- Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and project delivery processes.
- Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting and manage time independently.
- Knowledge of clash detection and model aggregation techniques.
- Familiarity with other relevant AEC software and platforms is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
