Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement advanced flight control laws and algorithms for aircraft.
- Conduct simulations and analyses to validate system performance and stability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including aerodynamicists, structural engineers, and software developers.

Requirements

- Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in flight control systems design and analysis.
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
- Knowledge of aerospace standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the aerospace sector.
